My therapist Colleen is knowledge about the products and she is patient in explaining the different steps used. More importantly, there is absolutely no hard selling. I discovered Kew Organics whilst visiting Singapore for a week and the owner Lily kindly squeezed me in for a same-day appointment. Colleen took me threw what I can really only describe as a life-changing facial - she was absolutely incredible and left my skin feeling lovely and refreshed. She was also able to tell me a lot about my skin, so I felt as though I left not only with a new face, but with a knew knowledge of my skin too! The owner Lily even made her way down to the facial bar to greet me in person and ensure that I was well taken care of, and then followed up with me the days following my facial to check in on how I was feeling. I cannot recommend these ladies enough, their service was really next level and their organic products were so divine! 18 Years Old. The most effective skin care line I have ever used! My transformation began with the facial at Kew Organics Facial Bar to unclog my pores, (so that the good stuff can get in) followed by daily use of Kew Organics Knotweed Cleanser, Anti-Oxidant Toner, and Megaboost Serum/Sugar-K Exfoliant. Within 5 days my skin was the clearest for the first time in 6-7 years. My sister thought I was using makeup! But it was just bare skin! [Full story below!] ....... I met Auntie Lily while in a conference in Singapore, and that day changed me and my skin! I live in the peaceful but hot and sunny Brunei and I was struggling to find a solution for my skin. Being a musician, I have been performing since I was a young girl, combine that with school work, extra curricular activities an overall hard-core competitive, overachieving perfectionist attitude, I sacrificed rest and sleep to accomplish much things, which has resulted to a long battle with my face. Turbulent hormones and constant never-ending cycle of breakouts which heal but before totally healing, more would surface and then...scars. The cycle going on and on. Though I never had that ‘bad’ I would just wish that my face would clear up! I have a wonderful, loving family and they are always proud of me and raised me up to be confident so I didn’t really care to put on makeup if I didn’t have a performance/event. But I also remember having my usual oily, red and bumpy face on the day of an important piano competition and other shows and having to cover up with strategic layering of concealer and foundation. The agony! I visited all the top facial salons in Brunei, they would be quite concerned with my face, tell me that they could do facials but it won’t guarantee optimal results if my “hormones” wouldn’t comply. Then I was really let down, maybe my face was really too hard to fix. I tried going to my mum’s facial salon not only was the process painful but the products were too oily and rich for my young skin and I even ended up worse afterwards. Every new cycle of products bought, the sales lady would say, we use natural products, don’t use (my current line) change to ours. When I would change, then I would hear different opinions. ‘Oh that (current line) is so full of chemicals! use this one!” So I couldn’t trust anything anymore. What is natural? What is artificial! Misleading information, confusing opinions. Until by the most divine of opportunities, I met Auntie Lily, owner of Kew Organics. Talking to her, she was so authentic and sincere when she explained with confidence about how to transform my face and even about makeup free skin! I was shocked! I couldn’t believe if my skin could be easily fixed! I was thinking ‘can this even be true?!’ Also, when I saw Auntie Lily’s own transformation, and her au-natural face in person, and her glowing face in a newspaper pictorial, I decided to give it a go. On my last day in SG, I went over to Kew Organics with Auntie Lily. I had my facial done by a lady called Jojo, she was awesome! She even tweezed my eyebrows! (Side effect- my face looks framed and more put-together!) My skin was really in need of a facial, my pores were so clogged, so they helped me remove multitudes of rock-hard clogs and blackheads! Yay! I came back to Brunei, and continued using the daily products. Within 5 days, my family and even other people noticed my skin clearing! I was overjoyed! Everyday, waking up to a fresher and clearer complexion! Oh the absolute joy! Personal Notes: I used Megaboost Serum day and night for 1.5 weeks to hydrate the skin (If you start the Exfoliant too early when the skin hasn’t been hydrated enough, it might be itchy like me) Getting my beauty sleep 10pm to 2am! Someone told me, you must not miss those 4 hours in bed. I think that also enhanced my results. And what’s more, I feel fresh in the AM! I chanced upon Kew Organics via fb and decided to give it a shot since I was drawn to the idea of organic facials. I'm not new to facials but the concept of organic facials was something few and far between. My skin was at times, sensitive to some of the off-the-shelf products which I've been buying but finding none that I could see significant results from. My therapist was Colleen and she was really friendly and patient throughout my session. She answered my questions in detail and could explain clearly the function of each step throughout the session. The facial and shoulder massage she gave was divine! I felt so relaxed throughout. The duration of the session was just right and I'm not paid to say this but I did see a slight tightening of my pores after the first session. And I really felt there was a possibility I could chuck all my liquid foundation away if the rate of improvement continues. I really like the idea of organic facials that still make use of aesthetic machines to achieve the desired results. The products I bought were water-based, and I've been using them for a month now - I must say they are easy to apply, not greasy at all, and most importantly, my pores have tightened and my complexion is less dull. It is definitely a line of products that I see myself using for quite some time because it doesn't leave an oily residue, and it makes me feel confident even without putting any makeup on. I bumped into the owner, Lily, and she really made me feel at home with her warmth and friendliness. I admire her drive to bring desired results to her customers and her strong knowledge about our skin conditions. All in all, this place's a good investment for our skin - the prices are not exorbitant either. Invest in good skin, save on makeup!read more

My biggest problem is I have very sensitive skin and easily became redness especially after facial.But I tried to use the Intensive Hydro Soothing cream and the Kiwi Vit A Oil free repair gel and definitely noticed a difference within 3 days on my skin! It did so WELL with the redness and my skin looked more hydrated and less redness and irritated. Really highly recommended for those need something to treat the redness fast and at the same time can keep skin hyrated and radiant.read more

First visit to Kew Organics Facial Bar @ Clarke Quay and I'm won over. Excellent customer service right from the time I made my appointment to the point I left. Not once did I feel hustled or pressured to purchase packages or products; but did so willingly! Trained beauticians/therapist listened to my concerns to tailor a beauty regime to target my problem areas and I loved that they took time to explain how each product works on the skin. I loved the cosy ambience at their branch in Clarke Quay and when I was done with my trial, i was ready to sign up for 10 sessions. Why? The beautician was very knowledgeable and she took care to examine my face and gave me tips throughout the facial.
