Our safeguard measures:

• As a responsible service provider, your safety is our top priority. We conduct the strictest guidelines to ensure a safe environment for our staff and customers.

• Our therapists continue to maintain strict hygiene practices by donning masks, latex gloves, using one-time disposables, and sanitize all tools, equipment and work-stations with hospital-grade disinfectants.

• There is also an increased frequency of sanitization and provision of hand sanitizers at all stores.

• Staff and customers must declare all past and future travel history or plans as per Ministry of Health’s border control guidelines. Staff who feel unwell are not allowed to work unless they have received clearance from doctor. Customers need to declare information pertaining to their recent travel history. We reserve the right to deny appointments for customers who have travelled in the past 21 days.

• Kew Organics reserves the right to turn down appointments for customers who are feeling unwell and can recommend rescheduling of their appointments.
