Terms and Conditions:

• Once treatment has commenced, the customer is liable for full payment.
• Refund is only permitted with supporting medical certification. In the event of a refund, a 20% admin charge will be imposed on the
• refund value.
• The deposit will be forfeited if the balance of the package is not paid within 3 months from the date of purchase.
• Customers who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart condition, or any other medical history are advised to consult their
• physicians before signing up for any spa services.
• The Company reserves the absolute right to accept or decline the customers for misuse of treatments/products.

• Advance reservation is recommended to secure your preferred date and time. All cancellations must be received at least 6 hours in
• advance of the scheduled appointment, or 50% of the treatment cost applies.
• Please come to the Spa at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. In the event, if the client is late, you may choose to
• receive the treatment for the remaining time booked or an alternative treatment if available.
• We accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Spa premises.
• We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and undertake not to divulge any of the customer's personal
• information to any third party without the prior written consent of the customer.
• Unless due to medical conditions, all previously redeemed treatment(s) will be charged as standard price(s) should there be a change of
• treatment(s) in the midst of a package program.
• All previously redeemed treatment(s) will be charged as package price should the consultant recommends a conversion to package. All
• deposit payment is valid for 90 days from date of issue.
• Exchange Policy
• Please fill up a product exchange form.
• Please bring along the original receipt and returned/exchanged product/s within 7 days from the date of your purchase.
• The product/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
• Partial refund for product/s not in its original condition or returned after 7 days from the date of your purchase.
• Refund/exchange applicable for regular price products only.
• Approval or rejection of your refund/exchange after 14 working days from the date of your return/exchange.
