Use twice a week, after cleansing, apply a thin layer over face and neck and relax and rinse off with warm water after 15 minutes. Or apply a thicker layer and leave it on over-night and wash-off the next morning. Follow with toner and serums. Mix a little moisturiser with the mask for added hydration and nourishment.
